CBI is proud to present 23 suppliers from Colombia, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia and South Africa at MEDICA 2011, the world's largest medical trade fair. MEDICA 2011 will take place from 16 - 19 November at Messe Düsseldorf.
Globalisation. Growth. New Products. These are the three cornerstones for success in the competitive European medical device industry. CBI will present 23 suppliers from developing countries during MEDICA 2011 who can help European manufacturers strengthen their performance in all three areas. All of the suppliers are actively seeking long-term European partnerships.
Four of the companies are based in Colombia, a market that has seen massive growth. Not only is Colombia, itself, an attractive candidate for globalisation and development, but it provides an excellent port of entry to other South American countries. On the other side of the globe, seven Egyptian companies offer their own cost-efficient products in a country geographically close to the EU for fast transport options.
Many of the companies are ISO-certified and/or focused on green or lean manufacturing standards. All provide innovative products. For example, one manufactures high-quality condoms made from resin that can be used by both men and women who have latex allergies. Other companies provide disposables and clothing; hospital room equipment; analysers for haematology, electrolytes and a range of uses; magnetic imaging equipment; and a variety of other dental, orthodontic and medical supplies.
CBI’s experienced sector experts have already audited these companies. Each company has invested heavily in the preparation necessary for successful partnerships in Europe. They have completed a rigorous training programme to meet European market standards. CBI considers them to be reliable, consistent partners who provide outstanding levels of quality. All 23 companies will continue to be monitored as they explore new markets.
You can meet these companies at the four CBI Pavilions during MEDICA 2011 in Düsseldorf: Hall 3, Stand H91 (devices and apparatus); Hall 17, Stand D82 (laboratory equipment); and Hall 6, Stands A54 and B57 (other products).
