New Miele decontamination unit: Introduced successfully worldwide
The new Miele decontamination unit, the PG 8528, is already a success in renowned hospitals just a short while after its introduction to the market: Orders have been received for the machine from many clinics both in Germany and abroad because it makes reliable and economical instrument preparation possible. The PG 8528 represents a model generation that offers the highest possible reliability for machine-based instrument preparation. The decontamination unit can, as can all other models in this series, be operated with the unique Oxivario and Orthovario cleaning programmes that ensure special cleaning performance with critical instruments.
The new "Profitronic+" control offers numerous new functions: Firstly, machine operation is particularly simple. The "PerfectTouch" display with very few control buttons and information displays which can be customised to suit individual requirements is particularly impressive. The "PerfectSpeed" spray arm control unit monitors and documents the exact speed of each individual spray arm in the cabinet so that the desired load-processing results are achieved and can be confirmed. If an irregularity is registered, the machine can optionally be set to interrupt the programme so that the operator can immediately take appropriate remedial action to cure the fault. This saves valuable working time.
"PerfectFlow" dispensing controls reliably meter dispensed quantities, irrespective of the type of chemical agents in use. The new, completely maintenance-free conductivity measuring system "PerfectPure" ensures that residue and undesirable substances in the wash liquor are speedily detected and not allowed to interfere with processing results. A new high-temperature HEPA filter, located directly upstream from the spray cabinet, ensures optimum hygiene in the drying cycle. An optional all-glass "PerfectVision" door in combination with special in-cabinet lighting ensures an excellent view into the cabinet.
