Hardy Diagnostics to Attend MEDICA 2010 in Düsseldorf, Germany

Santa Maria, California, September 28, 2010 – Hardy Diagnostics, recently named to Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list of fastest growing companies, announced its participation at MEDICA 2010, held in Düsseldorf, Germany, November 17-20, 2010. MEDICA is widely acknowledged as the premier international medical products trade fair.

“Participation at MEDICA is a logical extension of our growth and complements our success as a national manufacturer of diagnostic products for clinical and industrial laboratories,” states Jay Hardy, President and CEO of Hardy Diagnostics. “This literally allows us a world forum to promote our products, meet with customers, and keep abreast of international developments in clinical and industrial diagnostics.”
Hardy Diagnostics will be presenting its ever expanding line of dehydrated culture media products known as CRITERION. This powdered culture media is used in clinical and industrial laboratories for the isolation, detection, and identification of bacteria and fungi. The company currently maintains more that 30 foreign distributors for the CRITERION product line.

Also featured at the display will be Strep B Carrot BrothTM, the company’s successful culture media product for screening pregnant women for the presence of group B Streptococcus, and CulGenexTM, a new molecular biology product line featuring bacterial and yeast growth media, cloning and transfection products, electrophoresis gels and reagents, and molecular grade buffers and reagents..
