EMS: fitness or prevention?

Dear Sir or Madam,

For many people it is a dream to be fit and healthy without tedious training on equipment. Fitness studios have been promising this for several years now with electrostimulation training (EMS). The muscles are stimulated via electrodes and the body consumes energy, as with conventional training. In our current Interview you will find out how EMS can contribute not only to fitness, but also to prevention and rehabilitation.

Have an active week!
