Dear Sir or Madam,

How do you keep up with healthy eating and exercise? Both are important factors for a balanced lifestyle. The European Federation of Sports Medicine has thereforre developed the "Exercise Prescription for Health" and recommends it in many cases instead of prescribing medication. In our interview you can read what is behind it and what trends are currently occupying sports medicine.
