The "Leipziger Löffel" - a surgical system against short-sightedness

Dear Sir or Madam,

Short-sightedness affects many people worldwide. It is caused by an excessive dilatation of the eye ball. Collagen crosslinking, a cross-linking of the eye mantle's collagen fibres, promises a successful therapy. A surgical tool is used for this purpose, which has been given the nickname "Leipziger Löffel" because of its shape and origin. Read more about it in our current interview.

Have a nice week!
