With virtual reality to a more stable posture

Dear Sir or Madam,

our backs suffer from long periods of sitting at the desk and one-sided strain. Strengthening the trunk muscles is therefore essential for a stable and healthy posture. However, such exercises are usually monotonous and are often neglected. The new ICAROS VR is designed to introduce patients to training and prevention in a playful way. See more in our new video.

I wish you a cosy week!
