MDF Instruments Supports Global Medical Missions

"the Kagali Institute in Rwanda"

Many of the most effective missions include small independent organizations that are self-organized and self-funded with the volunteering doctors and nurses paying for all expenses and supplies out of their own pockets. MDF Instruments has paid special attention to such groups and has reached out to provide much needed medical equipment such as stethoscopes, blood pressure measurement devices, reflex hammers and pen lights.

While MDF Instruments recognizes the extreme benefit of their equipment donations, they realize that there are other manufacturers out there who can provide additional needed support. Many healthcare manufacturers or distributors have overstocked, refurbished or outdated inventory that can make a difference for many of these missions. Rather than collecting dust in a warehouse, these items can be making life-changing impacts on impoverished communities.

MDF Instruments urges any distributor or manufacturer to make a donation and will assist with the matching of a medical mission which is departing from or taking place in their country that is in need of support. As many manufacturers will be present at the largest international healthcare conference MEDICA, interested companies can visit the MDF booth at Hall 16/A57 for more information or email
