Investment in UK manufacturing paying dividends for Hampshire based Talley Group

With the benefit of over 50 years manufacturing experience, the Talley Group continues to fly the flag for UK manufacturing. From its fully vertically integrated production base in Hampshire, Talley design, tool and manufacture its complete range of pressure relieving mattresses, limb compression products and negative pressure wound therapy devices. The company's committment to producing its complete range of products in the UK is paying off, as it continues to go from strength to strength as the largest privately owned company in it sector.

Talley Group has seen continued growth in the last year, which can be attributed to its increased product portfolio; most notably with the introduction of the Venturi™ range of negative pressure wound therapy systems, which complements the range of pressure relieving mattresses and compression therapy products. This combined with a drive for exceptional quality, production efficiency and controlled manufacturing costs has helped the company grow its customer base and expand its international network of distribution partners.

In recent years, Talley Group has appointed several new distributors in many international markets, including Germany, Australia, Denmark and France, and has been encouraged by the success and growth in revenue.

One particular success story has been the appointment of Annie Bauer Confort (ABC) in France. Based in the Cote d'Azur, ABC has a wealth of experience in pressure area care, along with an excellent reputation built up over many years in the industry. With a highly knowledgeable and committed sales team, providing service and support nationally, ABC are proving to be an excellent distribution partner, who mirror the high quality and exceptional service offered in Talley products.

Paul Hoff, International Sales Manager commented;

"After some issues and serious disappointments with our previous distributor in France, we were delighted to appoint a company as dedicated as Annie Bauer Confort, and are seeing sustained growth in a complicated market. We are looking forward to this partnership continuing to flourish".

Looking ahead Talley Group is very positive about the future, Paul commented further;

"we have been overwhelmed by the continuing interest shown in all of our products, in particular our Venturi™ NPWT systems, and it is very clear that the Talley Medical product range has become a very valuable and sought after distribution agency. The Medica exhibition will undoubtedly enable us to identify new distribution partners and further expand our sales network into other new territories, including Spain, Austria, Eastern Europe and beyond".
