BIOREF® GmbH produces "ready to use" CE marked control sera

BIOREF® Biochemical Reference material GmbH has more than 25 years experience in producing liquid-stable control sera in Germany.

As an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer BIOREF® GmbH offers liquid

– „ready to use“ – CE-marked control sera containing:

- Tumor markers

- Cardiac markers

- Hormones

- Therapeutic drugs

- Plasma proteins

Due to a specific production procedure our controls are patient-like and very stable e.g. the tumor marker control is stable for 5 years when stored at 4°C.

In addition to the CE-marked control sera BIOREF® GmbH can produce controls which are designed according to the specific needs of our customer with regard to analyte content and – concentrations.

Our products can be delivered as bulk-ware or aliquoted in glass vials.

BIOREF® GmbH sells the CE-marked control sera as well as the specific designed controls world wide to diagnostic laboratories, external quality assessment providers and test-kit manufacturers.

In several scientific studies for diagnostic tests our control were used for quality assessment and published in many international scientific journals.

Our last ring study is published in Clinical Laboratory 2009, 55: 201-206 with the title: “Precision and Long-Term Stability of Different Estradiol Immunoassays Assessed in a Multi-Center Quality Control Study“
