For more then 30 years we are delivering sucessfully the industry with individual concepts. We offer our customers the whole service from the beginning with development and prototyping to the point of production of particular components or ready assembled devices. In our modern building including office and production we develop and produce with 120 employees in the following sections:

Plastic part fabrication

- compact injection moulding with max. 2,5 kg piece weight

- thermoplastic injection moulding with max. 15 kg piece weight

Including processing steps: surface, painting, screen printing und assembly

Model building and mould construction

- models, prototypes and first samples from wood, plastic, different epoxy resins and metals

- forms and molds with max. 5 tons weight

Tool- and jigmaking

- tools for lamination and press lamination using foil or fabric

- tools for blanking, cutting, deep drawing and forming

Our logistically good positioned site in the middle of bavaria is close to the intersections of the Autobahnen A3, A6 and A9 and allows fast and reasonable transport.

As a matter of course we fullfil the requirements of certification DIN ISO 9002.
