With its SDP600 series, Sensirion provides the first digital, dynamic differential pressure sensor. Its excellent long-term stability makes drift issues a thing of the past. Supplying a digital I2C output, the differential pressure sensor measures with highest sensitivity and accuracy even at low differential pressures (< 10 Pa). Thanks to its exceptional integration level and clever packaging, the small, fast and reliable CMOSens® sensor can be offered at an economical price.
The fully calibrated sensors are available in different versions. The SDP600 is intended for a direct threaded connection to a pressure manifold via O-ring sealing, while the SDP610 is designed for a tube connection. SDP600 series is designed for high-quality mass production, which makes it a perfect fit for demanding OEM applications.

Sensirion’s family of relative humidity and temperature sensors has made it to be an industry standard - mainly due to high integration (CMOSens® Technology) and tiny size. The capacitive humidity sensor provides digital and fully calibrated output which allows for easy integration. The humidity sensors' excellent long term stability has been very well perceived and the cutting edge low energy consumption is unachieved and makes them the right choice for any remote application.
The relative humidity sensors are provided in different packaging types: SMD type (SHT1x series), pin type (SHT7x series) and the new DFN type (SHT2x series). The SMD and DFN types are lead-free reflow solderable while pin type sensors are used for devices where flexible integration or easy exchange is crucial.
Each application deserves a specific type of humidity sensor depending on required packaging and accuracy - the following selection guide shall help to make the right choice. For detailed specification please refer to respective datasheets.

Sensirion manufactures CMOSens® microsensors in high volumes. Liquid flow sensing solutions for flow rates below 80 ml/min down to the microfluidic sector and sub nano litre resolutions are Sensirion's unique strength.
For orders starting at 100 pieces per year, we produce the liquid flow sensor you choose out of a selection OEM-standard designs:
The LG16/LG216 series offers calibrated, digital liquid flow sensing performance. The pressure resistant, non invasive sensors offer small sized, highly efficient solutions to measure all flow rates below 80 ml/min. Due to the extremely short response time the sensors allow for monitoring of highly dynamic effects and bubble detection.
