Company Profile
TECHNOLOGY, RELIABILITY AND PASSION IN EACH OF OUR MACHINES
The right balance between experience & innovation.
Since its foundation, AL.MA. has always honoured its mission: Satisfy the needs of its customers with high quality and reliability products, added to the creativeness and the competitiveness typical of the "Made in Italy". It is thanks to this commitment, always fulfilled without any compromise, that AL.MA. grew and now is based in modern 3300 sqm. premises with a total area of 7300 sqm. The great care to the problems and needs of the customers allowed AL.MA. to develop a state-of-the-art production, also thanks to the great skilfulness in manufacturing and to the continuos development program. The whole manufacturing progress is completely carried out in our factory, from the design, developed with the support of Autocad 3D/2D and Solid Works systems, to production with modern CNC machinery CAM assisted, to the assembly and final test. As a consequence it is possible to keep under control the quality of each component and the production times, in order to deliver the right product on time. The main objective for AL.MA. is to get the maximum customer satisfaction. Year after year, AL.MA. has developed its own exclusive technology that has allowed to join its name to an image of highly distingueshed company in the market of the Form-Fill-Seal packaging machines.
Blister Packaging Machines for medical devices.
All AL.MA.’s machines are manufactured especially to order according to the customer requirements, which avoids a waste of materials and optimises the packaging of each product.
The packaging lines designed for the medical market use specific technical solutions, such as a centralised compressed air exhaust or a motorised waste film winder even for the thinnest films, so that they can be installed in a clean room. An interesting option is the possibility to have double stations installed in the machine in order to have two different formats, with the possibility to pass from one to the other without any mechanical intervention.
Depending on the requirements, they can be personalised with thermal transfer, flexographic or ink-jet printers, with sensors for checking the presence of the product into the tray or the perforated trays and with automatic feeders.
It is possible to thermoform rigid or flexible materials for the packaging in normal atmosphere or vacuum by using pre-printed sealing films, medical paper or Tyvek.
