GVS IV filters family SPEEDFLOW® is equipped with HI-FLO PES membrane to guarantee superior performance in flow rate and contamination protection.

The innovative two-layer design gives Speedflow a unique shape. The compact size reduces dimension of the packaging and allows easier fitting. In case of Speedflow family doesn't suit your application, a full range of different solution filters with different shape and different pore size is available to cover your application.

GVS has a wide range of air vent products equipped with hydrophobic membranes. The GVS air vents are manufactured with fully automatic overmolding technology that guarantees superior quality in manufacturing parts with high cavity molds. Thanks to the wide choice of sizes and the very different type of materials and media used, the GVS air vents can be fitted in any existing or new device, so that customers will always find a suitable product for their applications.

To chose the filter that best fit your needs you've to look at the "ID" inside diameter dimension because this is the quote that is normally used for assembling this part than inside that family you have to look for a filtering material that is suitable for your application.

The standard interference required for assembling is between 1 and 2 decimum of millimiter. Of course this can vary a lot depending on the raw material used and your specific application, for example in case of IV Catheter Vent normally you have to look for the OD outside diameter or the relevant connection.

Our Transducer Protectors are an effective barrier against bacteria and they are basically used in haemodialysis blood-lines, but they are also suitable as air or gas vents.

The GVS transducer protectors are manufactured with fully automatic assembly technology. The membranes are ultrasonically welded and parts are tested with automatic testing equipment in order to guarantee superior quality of the parts. Thanks to the very different type of materials and media used, the GVS transducer protectors can be fitted in any blood line or other medical device, covering any market requirement.

To chose the filter that best fit your needs you've to look at the "OD" outside diameter dimension because this is the quote that is normally used for assembling this part. When you find the right OD you have to look at the base height then in this family of filters you have to look for the right filtering surface that is applicable to your need. The standard interference required for assembling is between 1 and 2 decimum of millimiter. Of course that can vary a lot depending on the raw material used.

The GVS mesh filters are manufactured with automatic ultrasonic welding process and the range of models available means that customers will always find a suitable product for their applications.

Disc filters manufactured by GVS are especially dedicated to the infusion market, but they can easily meet the requirements of many other different applications. All the GVS disc filters are manufactured with automatic overmolding technology that guarantees superior quality in manufacturing parts with high cavity molds.
