Vein Stripper

Accura Vein Strippers uses an up-to-date technology for easy and effective handling. The product offers high reliability based on the components:

Each packing of vein strippers includes four various olives in the sizes of 6, 9, 12 and 15 mm diameter to comply with all common cases. This makes the set suitable for all patients independent of their size. It reduces cost of storage as only one set fits all applications.

The new plastic material gives the olives a strength which is in compliance with the strength of the wire. So a rated tensile power of 450 kN is assured for the whole system.

Comfortable HANDLE

The set is equipped with a broad handle to allow the doctor a comfortable usage and transfer of the tensile pull.

Smooth coated WIRE with high strength and good flexibility.

The coated wire glides smoothly through vessels as its outside is covered by Polyethylene. The inside of the wire contains a strong rope of stainless steel drilled wire. Drilling gives the wire both, more strength and same time high flexibility. Handling and reliability of steel wires is regarded superior in relation to plastic wires by most doctors.

Easy handling

The olives as well as the handle can be used at both ends of the wire. It allows retrograde usage of the wire by only exchanging the handle and the olive while the rope can stay in place.

PTA-Catheter

Our PTA Catheter is engineered for maximum steerability and pushability. The coaxial shaft design provides a proximal shaft with enhanced column strength for pushability distal shaft for optimum steerability.

The body of the catheter is made of a Polyether Block
Amide to obtain maximum torque tension.

 Two image marker bands (platinum Iridium) are placed
beneath the shoulders of the balloon to allow reliable
positioning of the balloon within the stenosis.

 The Micro-thinn balloon maintains tip flexibility when
deflated allowing exceptional trackability through tortuous
vessels.

The non-compliant balloon (made of Polyamide) is tapered at the distal and proximal ends for enhanced transition across the stenosis and post dilatation eases the withdrawal into the introducer.

The non-compliant balloon has a low profile. It has nominal dimensions at the low end of working range (6-8ATM) and a high burst pressure.

It has minimal winging for improved crossability.

The balloons have the ability to be conform to vessel shape while maintaining maximum inflation pressure. This reduces trauma to delicate vessel intima.

PTCA-Catheter

The catheter's shaft material is designed to enable the catheter to track or traverse through the vessel and cross the lesion with little effort. The inner shaft is made of a high density PE for enhanced wire movement and push. The outer shaft is of medium density for flexibility and together they give the catheter pushability and trackability. Other features are as follows:
