First fully automated IFA processor
Introducing a new era in IFA (immunofluorescence assay) routine, AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS presents the first fully automated IFA processor featuring an integrated optical system for automatic IFA slide reading. HELIOS® is a high throughput IFA processor capable of reading IFA slides (AESKUSLIDES®) to perform a positive/negative sample discrimination - saving up to 90% of the time by focusing on the positive samples only. Barcode scanning of samples and slides as well as LIS compatibility allow full traceability of patient data and results, which can remotely be validated by the lab manager. With all needed hardware integrated (incl. built-in PC) and compact footprint, the system virtually fits any laboratory counter eliminating the need for a dark room. HELIOS® delivers significant time gains while reducing process time and releasing labour capacities.

HELMED® is an IFA processor capable of performing all immunofluorescence assay processing steps.
It is the only system in the market that can process Autoimmunity (room temperature) and Infectious Serology slides (up to 40°C).
Although programmed and validated to run with AESKUSLIDES®, the system is OPEN and allows almost any SLIDE to be programmed, regardless of the manufacturer.
The HELMED® processed AESKUSLIDES® can be read in the LED´s GO microscope. With the HELPS+ data management software, the IFA results can easily be recorded, saved (incl. life pictures) and compared to images from a pattern library.

The SQII fully automated ELISA processor facilitates ELISA lab routine: from samples to results.
Specifically designed for labs with lower to medium-throughput needs, the 2-plate system can process up to 100 samples per load, delivering results from up to 4 different assays simultaneously.
Virtually any ELISA test suits the open system - but thanks to the custom-made rack to fit all AESKULISA® reagents, calibrators and control vials, it reduces hands on time and saves costs in consumables when being used in combination with the wide range of different AESKULISA® Kits.

The LEDs GO LED Fluorescence Microscope represents a new generation of microscopes. LED ensures consistent light intensity, which decreases the variability that users normally observe throughout many replacements of mercury/xenon lamps.
The LEDs GO series is equipped with a dual LED light source so it can be used for two applications in the same microscope: Bright field and Immunofluorescence.
A lamp-free microscope also means it does not need to be warmed up; it‘s ready to read slides right after being switched on. LEDs last more than 30,000 hrs, which represents large cost savings in mercury lamps while eliminating the light variability (mercury lamps fade towards the end of their life-cycle). No need to log lamp operation times. With LEDs GO observation time is longer thanks to the lower heat emission of LED light, photo bleaching is minimized due to the variable light control which allows adjustment of illumination intensity. No special alignments required. LEDs GO is easier to maintain and has a very compact footprint.

AESKU.Diagnostics is offering a complete autoimmune Diabetes panel allowing simultaneous determination of IA2-GAD65 Screen, IA2, GAD65 and anti-insulin.
The AESKULISA® Autoimmune diabetes panel has a comparable sensitivity and specificity to the radiobinding assays (RIA). Additionally our ELISAs save the need for special equipment and complicated technical and regulatory requirements of the RIA.
The AESKULISA® IA2-GAD65 Screen is a cost-effective screening assay useful to identify individuals with a high risk for type 1 diabetes because it allows simultaneous measurement of GAD and IA-2 autoantibodies in the same sample.
All diabetes assays share the same calibration range and the same cut-off value and can be run in parallel with the rest of the AESKULISA® autoimmune line. The automation is simplified due to the same test procedure, common reagents and easy handling.

The AESKULISA® New generation tTG and the Deamidated gliadin peptides (DGP) are now available with the following immunoglobulins: IgG, IgA, Check (IgG/IgA mixed conjugate) and GA (IgG+IgA independent conjugates provided within the same kit).
The AESKULISA® available kit configurations give the clinician the maximum possible flexibility to choose the format that better fits its diagnostic needs.
All Aesku kits have been designed consistently to use the same test procedure and common reagents to save time and costs and allow a comfortable usage with both manual and automated testing.

AESKULISA®
SIMPLIFIES YOUR AUTOIMMUNE ELISA ROUTINE
The AESKULISA® product line comprehends the widest available range of standardized ELISA tests for all major autoimmune disease groups, from routine to research application.
The antigens used in all our ELISAs are researched and developed in-house using the latest available technologies and are based on human recombinant antigens or native antigens (conformational epitopes), depending on the optimal clinical correlation.
The different kit configurations provide the clinicians with maximum flexibility by choosing the format that best fits their diagnostic needs.
All AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS kits have been designed consistently to use the same test procedure and common reagents, to make the complex autoimmune testing routine an easier task.

AESKULISA® DF MMP-3: A new prognostic and activity marker for Rheumatoid Arthritis
MMP-3 is an outstanding serological marker that can identify patients with high risk of developing bone erosions in the near future even in an early phase of the disease.
Furthermore, due to its direct implication in the joint destruction process, MMP-3 can also be used to monitor disease activity and therapy success, thereby helping physicians to create and adapt an individualized drug therapy for each patient.

The AESKULISA® tests of the rheumatology product range cover the laboratory diagnostics of collagenoses like Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren's Syndrome and Sclerodermia. Initial anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) diagnostics can be performed with screening tests followed by profile tests detecting the specific antigen.
Also a HEp-2 ELISA test is available for extensive screening. Many ANA tests are also available as individual tests.
Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA): in addition to Rf-AGM and Rf-Check for the individual or combined detection of rheumatoid factors of all 3 isotypes (IgG, IgM and IgA) with the CCP- and RA/CP-Detect tests, also highly specific tests are available for the detection of RA specific antibodies against citrullinated peptides.
The rheumatology product range is completed by the patented alpha-Fodrin test for the diagnosis of the Sjögren's syndromes.
