Cryogenic Dewars for hospital and industrial applications.

Cryogenic dewars can have different capacity from 60lt up to 600lt and pressure from 6barg up to 25barg, vertical or horizontal position satisfying all the client requirements.

All the dewars are TPED marked according to the 99/36/CE (TPED) and 08/68/CE (ADR)

Technical Specification :

-High performance : low evaporation rate, maximum dewar reliability and durability

-Stainless steel vessel designed to provide long life, ideal for liquid nitrogen, oxygen and argon storage and transport

-Lowest evaporation rate thanks to High vacuum and thermal insulation

MIXTEL is the automatic mixer of medical air F.U. from pure Oxygen and Nitrogen gases for medical applications.

Synthetic Air offers:

-High degrees of purity, owing to the absence of harmful gasesand polluntig chemical products, such as lubricant oils.

-Total absence of bacteria, determined by an environment noteasily accessible, and unsuitable for breeding.

-Peack flow rate: 60 Nm3/h, 120Nm3/h, 200Nm3/h

With reference to the MED directive 93/42/CE, MIXTEL is a class IIb medical device with following intended purpose:

-Primary source of OP Synthetic Medical Air for medical gas storage and supply systems, in accordance with the standard UNI EN ISO 7396-1.

-With reference to the PED directive 97/23/CE, MIXTEL is an assembly of pressure equipment classified in IV° category.

The device solves the clinical alarm signalling relative to storage/ distribution medical gas.

The devices SDAL-MED are supplied in four versions:

SDAL-MED L5C: no.5 inputs for central gas storage alarm signalling (Low pressure L/ R banks, H/ L line pressure, Low vacuum)

SDAL-MED L5: no.5 inputs for distribution gas pipeline alarm signalling (H/ L pressure O2, Med. Air or CO2, Evac. Air, Low Vacuum)

SDAL-MED L9: no.9 inputs for distribution pipeline alarm signalling (H/ L pressure O2, N2O, Med. Air, Air 800/ N2, Low Vacuum)

SDAL-MED V4: no.4 inputs for area gas shut-off valves status signalling

The device complies with the essential requirements of Annex I and meet all requirements of European Directive 93/42/CE modified by 2007/47/CE, as by MED 28016 certificate issued by the notified body No. 0476 in accordance to Annex II of the same directive.

This system implements a full solution for pressures and alarms monitoring in storage and in pipeline systems for the distribution of medical gas in the hospitals.

SDAM-MED units are supplied in three versions :

SDAM-MED A5: No.5 analog inputs for pressure transmitter 4-20mA

SDAM-MED D10: No.10 digital inputs ON/ OFF sensors (5 min. 5 max.)

SDAM-MED R: repeater of SDAM-MED D10/ A5 in network

The device satisfies the essential basic safety requirements of the European Directive 93/42/CE concerning medical devices. With reference to Annex IX – Rule IX of same directive, the above mentioned devices are Medical Devices in class IIb within the limits of following intended purpose:

I) Alarm monitoring in 2nd stage pressure regulator units, belonging to medical gases storage and supply systems, in combination with pressure switches or 4...20 mA pressure transducers, in accordance with ISO 7396-1.

II) Alarm monitoring in medical gas storage systems and corresponding supply pipelines, in combination in combination with pressure switches or 4...20 mA pressure transducers, in accordance with ISO 7396-1.

The telemetric network CRIOSYSTEM allows monitoring whichever systems including cryogenic and compressed storages, gases mixer and supply networks in medical and industrial applications.
The supervision functions occur by three specific telemetric units: CRIOTEL and MINICRIO for cryogenic liquid storages, FLOTEL for compressed storages in cylinders, MIXTEL for the full management of medical air mixers. CRIOTEL, FLOTEL and MIXTEL units can be interconnected in the same local network, making versatile and powerful telemetric system, fully compatible with big and complex installation. These three units can be connected to FLOGUARD unit and/or to CRIONET SW application, making local monitoring system.
MINICRIO unit is not equipped of communication port for local network and can only communicate through GSM network by SMS.
The peripheral telemetric systems exchange information with the Telemetric Mainframe, through PSTN/GSM network; after receiving an alarm message, the Telemetric Mainframe can call some technical operators by phone and send vocal messages containing specific information about the alarms in progress.
Through the CRIOPOCKET unit constituted by a mobile pocket modem and Personal Computer, the technical operator can call the peripheral system and know the current status, without interfere on standard functions neither modifying the setup parameters.
For MINICRIO instead messages SMS of reading status, allow the operator to receive the information directly on his mobile phone.

Trough username and password, it is possible interface with the INTERNET and get the access in real time to: alarms, storage status for liquid and compressed gases, alarm archives, measure trends archives, graphics elaboration concerning consumption trends and graphic elaboration concerning alarms.
This service results interesting for maintenance operators and technical manager, when ever and wherever they want, they can have a look to all plants.
CRIOWEB is sufficient safe because does not allow to limit or interfere with the plant functions and is especially interesting for plant user in those case where the storage system location result distant.

The CRIONET SW Windows software application and USB or RS232 to local network interface make the MAINFRAME on local network.
This system resolves problems of local installation management, without limiting or disturbing remote control functions managed by Remote Control Mainframe on Phone Network.
CRIONET SW software application supplies alarms and measurements real time monitoring, alarms and measurements storing, graphical trends of measurements and consumption, histograms of alarms statistics.

Local monitoring of peripheral systems CRIOTEL, FLOTEL and MIXTEL.

Functions:

-Visualization in real time of measurements, status and alarms concerning all units CRIOTEL, FLOTEL and MIXTEL

-Optical and acoustic information about status of alarms classed like clinical standard or operative standard of medium or high priority, in accordance with European standards ISO EN 7396-1 and EN 60601-1-8;

-Acoustic information that can be turned off by an acknowledge push-button, placed on front panel

-Possibility to accommodate and control a telephone modem card (node master), if it is connected with units CRIOTEL, FLOTEL and/or MIXTEL.

Moreover satisfies the essential basic requirements of the European Directive 93/42/CE concerning medical devices (FLOGUARD-MED). With reference to Annex IX – Rule IX of same directive, the above mentioned devices are Medical Devices in class IIb within the limits of following intended purpose:
