UK companies lead the way in international trade

With export hot on most government’s agendas, companies from across the UK will be putting the country on the international trade map next week when they visit MEDICA – the largest healthcare exhibition in the world.

Taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany, between 16-19th November, the event attracts over 137, 000 visitors from almost every country in the world, all with one aim of forging new international business links.

With an impetus on export trade, Minister for Trade, Lord Green, is attending the show to learn what issues companies in the UK have regarding export and how the government can help them in the future.

Joining the 4300 exhibitors from more than 80 countries are a number of impressive UK businesses.

Offering their vitamin and mineral products to leading stores across the UK, Principle Healthcare International is hoping to expand their global reach at the show.

With already strong links globally, Principle are hoping MEDICA will allow them to expand across Europe and Russia.

Brenmoor will also be flying out for the show, offering their solution to the global issue of misidentified patients, samples and blood products, exhibiting their range of printable wristbands to help hospitals increase patient safety, cut down costs and reduce both error’s and bed days.

Sheffmed will be showcasing their single use solutions at the show, offering the international market a cost effective and clinically sound product range and introducing their new impressive HD surgical light.

Providing stylish, hygienic and cost effective medical furniture to healthcare environments across the world, Sunflower Medical are using the show to launch their new medical trolleys to hospital wards, GP’s Surgeries and other healthcare environments across the globe.

MEDICA is taking place between the 16- 19 November 2011 at the Messe Düsseldorf, Germany. Throughout the show these companies will be located on the UK Pavilion, hall 16 stand G10.
