Substrates and Stabilizers for Immunoassays Development

D-tek is now offering high quality components issued from its intensive know-how in immunoassay research for IVD development and manufacturing.

Included are:

AP-Conjugate Stabilizing Matrix
The AP (Alkaline Phosphatase) Stabilizing Matrix is dedicated to stabilize AP conjugates in solution.
The reagent prevents the loss of AP activity at ready-to-use concentrations for easy, rapid and consistent tests.

HRP-Conjugate Stabilizing Matrix
The HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase) Stabilizing matrix is dedicated to stabilize HRP conjugates in solution.
The reagent prevents the loss of HRP activity at ready-to-use concentrations for easy, rapid and consistent tests.

NBT/BCIP one Component AP substrate
The NBT/BCIP one Component AP substrate is a highly active and stable NBT/BCIP formulation intended for measuring AP- (Alkaline Phosphatase) probe activity, specifically in membrane immuno-assays.
Reducing components formed during phosphate hydrolysis of BCIP by AP convert NBT to the insoluble purple NBT formazan which deposits on the membrane at the reaction sites.
The coloration is stable and allows permanent record of the results.

pNPP-Elisa one Component AP substrate
The pNPP-Elisa one Component AP substrate is a highly active and stable para-Nitrophenyl Phosphate formulation intended for measuring AP- (Alkaline Phosphatase) probe activity, specifically in Elisa techniques.
The reagent produces a soluble end product which is yellow in colour and can be quantitated at 405 nm.

TMB-Elisa one Component HRP substrate
The TMB-Elisa one Component HRP substrate is a highly active and stable TMB/H2O2 formulation intended for measuring HRP- (Horseradish peroxidase) probe activity, specifically in Elisa techniques.
The reagent produces a soluble end product which is blue in colour and can be quantitated at 650 nm.
The use of a stop solution enhances sensitivity 2-4 fold and produces a yellow end product that can be read at 450 nm.

TMB-Membrane one Component HRP Substrate
The TMB-Membrane one Component HRP substrate is a highly active and stable TMB/H2O2 formulation intended for measuring HRP- (Horseradish peroxidase) probe activity, specifically in membrane immuno-assays.
The coloration is stable and allows permanent record of the results.
