Sienet - Tailor-made for Hospitals and Private Practices

Sienet is the integrated IT solution by Siemens Medical Solutions for image and diagnosis report management that allows for easy adjustment to the different requirements of hospitals and private practices. The ECR 2005 in Vienna introduced the new Sienet solutions.

In tune with the different requirements and business models of radiological facilities, Siemens offers the following customer solutions especially adjusted to meet all needs: Sienet Sky, Sienet Cosmos, and Sienet Magic.

Sienet Sky provides private practices and hospitals with a 3D function integrated at the workplace in addition to the known EPR, RIS and PACS solutions. Sienet Cosmos goes even further and offers innovative post-processing applications, for example, syngo Image Fusion or Fly-through.

Workflows are simplified even further by the new scheduling module. Based on the comprehensive display of a graphic appointment calendar, examinations are planned quickly and comfortably ensuring that radiological departments work at optimal capacity. At the same time, long-term archiving concepts for a professional information life cycle management tailored for very large image archives were introduced.
The integrated radiology suite, Sienet, supports each of the important tasks in radiological practices and hospitals: These are process management, image post-processing, image reporting, archiving and distributing results. All three Sienet solutions are supported by syngo, the uniform, user-friendly interface for all imaging modalities by Siemens. These include different fields such as Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, digital X-ray systems, Angiography as well as Nuclear Medicine with special applications.
