The official Beurer GmbH fan page on Facebook was launched in August 2014. Through its Facebook page, Beurer is offering a brand new channel for directly communicating with customers and providing select information, expertise and useful facts concerning health and well-being.
The Ulm-based health specialist will post regular updates in future in order to provide its customers with a more detailed insight into the company's activities, including information on a range of topics relating to the Beurer product range. Beurer will also offer useful tips and specialist expertise relating to personal healthcare.
What's more, the page will allow Beurer to selectively report on the latest company news, such as its presence at trade fairs or sponsoring activities.
"With our new Facebook page we are taking a new approach to corporate communications, with the aim of directly addressing our target groups more effectively. The page aims to provide real added value for end consumers in particular and enable direct dialogue. Further social media activities are planned for the future", comments Kerstin Glanzer, Head of Marketing at Beurer GmbH.
