One minute laughing is supposed to help your health similar to 10 minutes jogging or 30 minutes of relaxation exercises.

The idea of World Laughter Day was born in India - 1995 a medical doctor and yoga teacher founded the first laughter club. There are now over 6000 laughter clubs worldwide. Since 1998, the annual World Laughter Day is celebrated on the first Sunday in May.
